Method 1:

Microsoft office xml steganography

1.     Download the 7-zip application Download Link 

2.     with the help of 7-zip application you can extract Microsoft document “docx” fille

3.     extract the file as follws

4.     add the secret info document file in extracted folder and compress it by 7-zip application

5.     Rename this comperss file and change it’s extension from “.7zip” to “.docx”

You can make use of tool to get above similar effect

Note: this work properly for hiding text document

Method 2:

LSB Steganography ( Hide files inside picture)

1.     Download the tool Hide-in-picture Download Link 

2.     Extract the downloaded File and Run “winhip_en.exe” file

3.     Open the picture file in that tool for hiding secret file as

4.     click on button “hide file in picture” and open the secret info file to hide as

5.     Give password for security and click save button to hide file inside picture

Note: you need same tool to extract secret info file from that picture
