Create Hidden User Account

Security Tips:
Create Hidden User Account In Windows XP
Step 1:
Go to Start=>Control Panel=>User Account & Create new account
I have created One as "hidden_user"

Now you want do
Start=>Run=> "regedit"
Go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList

Then in right hand Windows Right Click  New=>Dword
Type the Name of Username you Have created for Hidden account
then Right Click on this & select modify
put value 0=Hidden 1=visible

then when you click
Start=>Control Panel=>User Account that user is No longer visible

& also if you log off current User & see Log on Screen
it also not visible there

If you want to log on that user account then Press Control+Alt+Delete
